What motivated you to work for Parfun?
In my previous job, I was involved in bag design planning and sales assistant.
I wanted to do a job that involves all aspects of manufacturing,
so I was interested in joining the company because I heard that it was a job to act as a bridge between the manufacturing and the customer.
What is your job responsibility and mission at Parfun?
My main job is to coordinate and negotiate with the customer to make the customer's request as a real product while the factory can make a profit too. We do our best to follow up on any problem that arise, event after production has started. I think there is no goal. But if I had to say, it would be when production for the season finished, and we received satisfied comments from the customer.
Have you had a rewarding experience working for Parfun that you'd like to share?
It takes a very long time, about 1-2 years, to develop new products and establish product proposals.
I am very happy when the order for the product is confirmed. And it will make me even happier if the product can make good benefits for the factory too.

I always think and act on my own, I have a lot of responsibility and it makes me grow because of that.
Many times, I fail. But the failures and problems lead to my growth.
I believe that the reason why I can do my work every day is because of the staff and factory workers who work on site.
I am grateful to the people who work on site.
People on the factory side must be able to work smoothly, so that everyone in the factory can be happy by keeping a profit together.
That's what I'm aiming for.
In any case, I can't do everything by myself. I can do my work because of the support of everyone around me.
I will continue to work without forgetting to thank the people around me every day.
